DAY 01 Airport / Habarana

Arrive in Sri Lanka in the style you deserve, greeted by your chauffeur guide and transferred directly to Habarana.It is a small city in the Anuradhapura District of Sri Lanka where your journey begins. DAY 02 Anuradhapura / Polonnaruwa / Minnariya National Park / Habarana
Drive Time –Habarana to Sigiriya – approximately 20 minutes / Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa– approximately 02 hours

After a good night’s sleep and an early breakfast go for visit Ritigala Monastry – Ritigala is an ancient name: the word Riti could have been derived from the word arittha, meaning “safety” in ancient Pali language while the Sinhala word “gala” means rock. Ritigala, providing shade, shelter and sanctuary to warriors as well as ascetics, has lived up to its name for millenniums. After visit transfer to explore Polonnaruwa and the island’s ancient highlights in the Cultural Triangle. Return to the hotel and spend the rest of your evening at leisure. DAY 03 Habarana / Dambulla / Kandy
Drive Time – approximately 03 Hours

Highlights : Dambulla Cave Temple, The Temple of the Tooth, traditional Kandyan dance performance
After breakfast, you will drive towards the old capital of Sri Lanka – Kandy. On the way, you will stop at the well-known Dambulla Cave Temple, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the most famous cave complexes with magnificent Buddha Images and Rock Paintings of vivid colors and shapes. Afterwards, you will continue onwards and stop at a Spice garden in Matale. Once arrived in Kandy, you will visit the renowned Kandy Temple, also known as “The Temple of the Tooth,” where the tooth relic of the Buddha lies. Once you have soaked in the calming atmosphere of the temple, you will be taken to the lively sounds of the traditional Kandyan dance performance. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. DAY 04 Kandy / Peradeniya / Lankathilaka Viharaya / Ambakke Temple / Kandy
Drive Time – approximately 01 Hour

Highlights : Peradeniya Botanical Garden, Lankathilaka viharaya, Embekke Devalaya
After breakfast you will visit the famous Peradeniya Botanical Garden. In particular, the orchid house has a spectacular collection of orchids where you will want to look at each flower in detail. Since the focus towards the world heritage site Kandy has increased, Lankathilaka viharaya is a place must to be visited without denying. The temple was built by king Buvanekabahu 4 around the 14th century. The architect of the building has used bricks and clay to erect. After that continue to Embekke Devalaya. It was build in around year 1370’s. This period is belong to Gampole regime time the king Wickramabahu 11 was ruling Sri Lanka. DAY 05 Kandy / Nuwara Eliya

Highlights : Nuwara Eliya Town, Visit a tea plantation and factory
Once you have enjoyed the relaxed morning you will continue your drive towards Nuwara Eliya, also known as the “Little England” of Sri Lanka because of its quaint British type cottages, set amidst verdant hills. Sri Lanka’s tea growing centre and enroute visit a tea factory. During the drive relish the endless views of tea carpeted valleys and the bright flash of female “tea pluckers” in their pimento, fuchsia and cerise saris. Enjoy a guided stroll of Nuwara Eliya town, pass the 18-hole golf course, the colonial members only Hill Club and English styled country homes. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. Day 06 Nuwara Eliya / Pinnawela / Negombo
Drive Time – approximately 06 Hours

Highlights : Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, Negombo City
After breakfast drive to Negombo where you can relax and unwind on one of the island’s world-class beaches. On your way, you’ll stop by the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to get your first introduction to Sri Lanka’s most celebrated inhabitants. DAY 07 Negombo / Airport
Drive Time – approximately 20 minutes
Though it will be difficult to say goodbye, all good things come to an end. Your representative from Ceylon Tranquility will meet you on time at the hotel lobby to return you by way of a scenic drive to the international airport for your departing flight and a safe journey home.
